Teenage kicks: the search for sophistication (Monday 27th June, BBC4, 10-11pm) – documentary tracing how different generations of teenagers have tried to use luxury items as passports to adulthood.
Imagine: the man who forgot how to read and other stories (Tuesday 28th June, BBC1, 10.35-11.35pm) – by using case studies of people who can no longer read, recognise faces or see in 3D, Oliver Sacks looks at how much people see with their minds, not just their eyes.
