Library OneSearch: minor enhancements to the interface

A series of small enhancements to the presentation of Library OneSearch have gone live in the main desktop and ShelfSearch views. The main minor improvements are documented below:

Availability display icon

An icon now appears to the left-hand size of the availability indicator in both Brief and Full view: the green icon provides visual reinforcement that an item is available (for loan or online); a grey icon confirms that an item of physical stock is not available, or electronic full-text is not available); while a yellow icon accompanies the prompt to ‘Check holdings’ (when LOS is, for any reason, unable to calculate real-time availablity: usually when the library holds a large number of multiple copies of an item).
 


 
For title level items (books and journals rather than chapters or articles) available in both electronic full-text and print, the Availability display now reads: “Online access. The library also has…
